- Tutti 201-203 “Hooray” - more energy, crisp rhythm on eighth-notes
- Mayor 205-207 watch conductor coming out of fermatas
- Tutti 208 do not slow down too much (too soon) “well done”
- Mayor 208 keep rhythm clean “my council wishes...”
- Florence 217 pitches “say thank you”
